Ingredients of Mango Cheese and Avocado Salad

  • 60 gm mango
  • 20 cup arugula
  • 10 ml virgin olive oil
  • 10 gm american corn kernels
  • powdered black pepper as required
  • 60 gm avocados
  • 30 gm bocconcini cheese
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • salt as required

How to make Mango Cheese and Avocado Salad

Step 1 Divide the ingredients in different bowlsPeel and chop the mango and avocados. Place the mango, avocados and Bocconcini cheese into 3 different small-sized bowls.

Step 2 Prepare the marinationIn a small bowl, prepare the marination by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Pour 2/3rd of the marinade over the diced avocado and let it chill for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Divide the remaining 1/3 of the marinade into two and pour evenly over the cheese slices and diced mangoes.

Step 3 Do the plating of the saladSet up in the plate directly, using a steel round mould, starting with the layer of avocado, then cheese layer and lastly mango.

Step 4 Garnish and serveGarnish with Arugula lettuce on top, American corn or as per your choice and serve cold. Enjoy!
